Bexar County Elections Department Tours
To set up a tour for your group, please read the following.
- Bexar Elections tours can be scheduled weekdays from 9am-3pm. Optimum tour start times are 9am and 1pm.
- Each group of students must be accompanied by at least one adult chaperone.
- Groups can be from 5 to 30 people.
- Up to three groups of 30 people can be accommodated in one tour time slot, depending on staff availability (for example, up to three groups of 30 can start a tour at 9am.)
- Tours take from 1 to 1-1/2 hours depending on the size of the group.
- Anyone 13 years or older is welcome to take the tour (parents, faculty, students, family.)
- Please no large backpacks or food/drink on the tour.
If you would like to schedule a tour, please send an email with the following information:
- At least two proposed dates amd times
- Total number of persons taking the tour
- Name, phone, and email for primary point of contact
Note: Tours cannot be scheduled 2 weeks before early voting starts through 2 weeks after election day.
