Trouble logging into the League website?
Our League's website has lots of helpful features to help our members stay in touch with each other and get more involved in empowering voters and defending democracy. The first step to access many of those features is to log into the website. Every active member has a username and password to log into the League website.
If you don't remember your username and/or password, don't worry -- recovering/resetting them is easy! Just go to the
Login page, and look at the bottom of the login area for the button labeled "Forgot My Username/Password."
Once you click that button, you'll be prompted to enter the email address and first name that are on your membership record. Enter those, click OK, and then check your email for a message from membership@lwvsa.org with your username and a new temporary password.
Once you've received that email, go back to the login page, log in with that username and temporary password, and you'll immediately be prompted to enter and confirm a new permanent password of your choice.
What if I don't see the password reset email I requested?
First, be sure to check your "Spam", "Bulk", or "Junk Email" folder, in case your email provider mistakenly delivered it to one of those folders instead of your Inbox. If you use Gmail, be sure to also check "Promotions" and other Gmail category folders.
If you still can't find it, please make sure that after clicking "Forgot My Username/Password," you are entering the email address and first name that we have on file in your League records. If you're not sure what email or first name we have in our records for you, please feel free to email

Can I change my assigned username to one I prefer?
Absolutely! Start by logging in using your current username and password. Once you're logged in, click on your name in the upper right corner of the page, and select "Profile" (or click this
Profile link). Your profile page will include a series of boxes; look for the one that says "User Name / Password" and click that box.
You'll see your current username displayed, but you can delete it and enter the new username you want to use; you'll then need to enter your password twice and then click "Save". (Note: you don't have to change your password to change your username -- you can just re-enter your current password twice.)
