As part of the League’s Summer of Action, an in-person Get to Know the League Session in June and a virtual session in July were held. Over thirty new members and people interested in the organization, learned about the League’s work to expand civic participation and give a voice to all through education efforts and advocacy. The sessions were lively with great questions and lots of enthusiasm. Thank you to everyone who attended and to those who became members. We know summer is a busy time, which is why we recorded the virtual session so you can view it and learn about the League at your convenience. The board is busy planning for the Constitutional Amendments election in November and the March primaries. Come join our volunteer efforts. We have fun doing serious work!
